These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MCM Services Pro Solutions website (“Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services & estimates

Information on the Site is for general purposes. Quotes/estimates are provided after evaluation and may change based on scope, site conditions, materials, and scheduling.

2) Scheduling & cancellations

Appointments and project timelines depend on availability, approvals, and supplier lead times. Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to fees as agreed in writing.

3) Payments

Deposits, milestones, and final payments (if applicable) are defined in the written proposal/invoice. Late payments may delay work.

4) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, branding) is owned by MCM Services or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCM Services is not liable for indirect damages arising from Site use. The Site is provided “as is”.

6) Client portal & Jobber platform

We may use Jobber, a third-party business management platform, to support client requests, scheduling, quotes, approvals, invoices, payments, project communications, and access to the client portal. When you choose to use these features, information you submit may be processed through Jobber and is also subject to Jobber’s own terms, privacy practices, and platform availability. Moura Consulting & Management is not responsible for interruptions or technical issues originating from third-party platforms.
